Ashtanga Yoga Led Practice

This is a guided class based on the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series but with some adaptations and fewer transitions, for ease and efficiency. I will offer alternative variations for difficult poses and also modifications. However, students should have some previous experience of Ashtanga.
