Hatha Yoga Flow with Olivia

This is an introduction to hatha yoga, aimed at beginners. We will focus on pranayama (breathwork), introduce some of the core yoga asanas (poses) and discover the connection between the body and the breath. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of the fundamentals of hatha yoga.
