Resilience & Boundaries Half Day Workshop

During the workshop we explore practical tips and techniques to help relieve and manage stress, from reducing the build-up of stress on a day-to-day basis, to finding new ways of aiding a better night's sleep. Together we identify ways to build personal resilience by learning to recognise emotions.
