Fluid Flow Yoga

Thursday at 5:30 pm, starting Thursday 3rd March; This block includes the following dates: Thursday 3rd March, 10th March, 17th March and 24th March.

This class will connect the body and breath, through a series of movements. You will be invited to listen to your body, and allow it to flow and move in a way that feels right to you. You will be guided to look inwards and intuitively move. We will move through sun salutations and balancing poses. You will be challenged through a few powerful poses, deep stretches and end with a relaxing meditation.


Hi, I am Maire McSorley, a lover of yoga who is passionate about sharing this wonderful practice with others. I first got into yoga 10 years ago, to help with anxious thoughts and poor posture.  I travelled to Rishikesh India 2016 to complete by 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and will forever be an eternal student of this wonderful practice. Yoga has helped me and my students grow in confidence, compassion, flexibility, strength and so much more. I am honoured to share what I have learned about yoga so far with you, hoping that it serves you best on your own yoga journey.
