This 4 week studio-based course is an introduction to hatha yoga, aimed at beginners. We will focus on pranayama (breathwork), introduce some of the core yoga asanas (poses) and discover the connection between the body and the breath. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of the core fundamentals of hatha yoga and feel ready to delve deeper into your yoga practice.

Hatha Yoga Flow with Olivia
Olivia is a qualified hatha yoga teacher, having completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Santosha Yoga in Lisburn.
She first found yoga 10 years ago in a small community hall in Bangor, but it was after a trip to India in 2019 that she decided to embark on her teacher training journey to gain a greater understanding of the ancient practice.
