Go with the (Hatha) flow
Join Olivia (@ullasanayoga) on Monday evenings in January from 7.30pm - 9pm for a gentle yoga practice which will gradually build up heat in the body, before relaxing and letting it all go for a candlelit yoga nidra (relaxation). You'll leave class ready for a great sleep which will set you up for the rest of the week.
This class is offered as a 4 week course to focus on specific asanas (yoga poses) and breathwork techniques. However, drop-ins (booked in advance with Olivia via WhatsApp 07809436054 or via DM on Instagram @ullasanayoga) are also welcome depending on space availability in the class. (Capacity is 8 students)

Hatha Yoga Flow with Olivia

Olivia is a qualified hatha yoga teacher, having completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Santosha Yoga in Lisburn.
She first found yoga 10 years ago in a small community hall in Bangor, but it was after a trip to India in 2019 that she decided to embark on her teacher training journey to gain a greater understanding of the ancient practice.
