Policies & Guidelines

Covid 19 Policy.

Please refrain from coming to class in-person if you have a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days.

Bookings, Late Cancellation & No Shows.

  • Classes must be pre-booked either on our website or through the Wix app (follow the prompts when visiting our website to download the app).

  • Classes with specialist teachers are booked directly with them.

  • You can book & cancel a class up to 1 hour before it begins. 

  • Booking and not showing up for your class results in you losing that class, whether it is a single class or part of package.

  • Class sales are final and no refunds are available.

  • Online & In-Person class packages are not interchangeable.

  • On-Demand Video Membership recurs monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

  • Due to the discounted nature of class passes, extensions cannot be granted.

  • Workshop reservations can only be cancelled by emailing the studio ( at least 24 hours before the event starts, after which there will be no refunds.

Studio Guidelines.

  • Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to class.

  • Please check-in for class.

  • Classes begin & end promptly. Sadly, late entry cannot be permitted.

  • Please bring your own water, mat and props to practice.

  • Where possible, we advise you to arrive already dressed for class as space is limited. 

  • Please remove your shoes and place on rugs.

  • Coats, hats and bags can be hung up.

  • Mobile usage is prohibited in the studio. Please remember to turn your mobile off. 

  • Please silence all smart watches.

  • When settled, please place your mat onto one of the designated spaces.

  • Relax, breathe and enjoy your practice.

Phone Policy.

We ask that mobiles and all personal electronic devices be put away and silenced during all classes, workshops, and special events. If you have a specific situation that requires you to be “on call”, please inform the teacher before class starts and do your best to be as discreet as possible should you have to leave early, out of respect for those around you.


Unmetered parking is available around the studio on Eglantine Avenue, Malone Avenue, Chlorine Gardens and side streets. With a large student population in the area, please give yourself adequate time to find a space.

The Den Yoga Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

The Den Yoga Studio is committed to sharing yoga with all people regardless of ability, gender, race, sexual orientation, age, background or size. The studio particularly welcomes members of the LGBTQIA+ community to practice.

Privacy Policy.

All personal and financial information that you provide when setting up your account or making a sale is kept secure. Only Denis Jackson-Wade has access to this information. You have the option to opt in and/or out from emails and newsletters from The Den Yoga Studio.


The Den Yoga Studio will never share your personal information with any other person, company or organisation.
