Resilience by Louise at The Den Yoga, Belfast

Embodying Dignity & Boundaries for Wellness Practitioners

In this interview, Denis from The Den Yoga chats to Louise Courtney; Qualified Counsellor (MBACP) and Movement for Trauma Coach from Resilience by Louise in Belfast, about her upcoming workshops Embodying Dignity & Boundaries for Wellness Practitioners.

Louise delivers personal and group coaching services through the lens of the Biopsychosocial Model, which considers the complex inter-connection between biology, psychology & socio-environmental factors. Louise blends theories and techniques from cognitive, humanistic & psychodynamic therapies into her workshops, including body orientated idea and interventions that promote empowerment and feelings of "I've Got This".

Louise uses tools and interventions shared from her training with Jane Clapp. Jane Clapp is an advanced candidate with the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts and has worked as a movement coach and embodied educator for over two decades.

It was a delight to chat with Louise. I personally came away with so many "A-HA" moments. Her work and methods are educational, invitational, fun & embodied.
