Yoga Quarter Yin - Twists
Filmed in Yoga Quarter East, join me on a quiet journey of reflection. A smaller amount of postures which focus on surrendering into the bolster as we gently twist the spine. Rather than active yin twists which focus on a lot of spinal extension and muscular engagement, twists prone on the bolster require you to let go of body manipulation.
