Our 40 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training will
empower you with the methods, expertise and
creativity to deepen your yin yoga practice
and begin teaching yin yoga to your students.

Teaching yin yoga requires a level of subtlety,
maturity, and nuance that goes far beyond
teaching poses or stretching and this training
will provide you with the wisdom to do just that.
So, if you feel you are ready to immerse yourself
in this practice and training in order to teach
with intention and share the physical and mental
