Lisa has been teaching for 20 years this autumn and over that time has developed a wide range of styles and practices that influence her yoga. Originally a traditional hatha yoga teacher having trained for two years with the Yoga Fellowship of NI, Lisa has since rebooted her style after spending a transformative year in the Burren studying with Jack Harrison and the Celtic School of Yoga. This has revolutionised the way she teaches.
Following the Celtic wheel and the seasons of the year Lisa’s classes are attuned to that cycle and the changing calendar and are reflective of what is needed at each of these key thresholds.
In 2023 Lisa trained with Petra Coveney and has now added Menopause Yoga © to her offerings.

Susan’s small, mixed ability class allows for a personal touch with modifications to make movements more accessible, or more challenging, depending on the individual. Beginners are very welcome! Please book directly with Susan. Single Class £10
