A gentle, all-levels vinyasa class to help you unwind at the end of the week. Expect slow, breath-led movement and mobility, longer-held supported postures using props, and a calming savasana with optional essential oil mist. Perfect for releasing the week and easing into the weekend.
When? Fridays - 20th, 27th March 6:30-7:30pm and 3rd April (Good Friday) 10am-11am
