  • Nuala Davies

It wasn’t until my late teens that I found a deep connection to yoga, frequently attending classes throughout my University Studies and into my professional life. Working as an artist I always used yoga as an escape. Somewhere I could shut out the rest of the world and come to play, breathe and move all whilst building strength in my body and getting to know myself. Whilst I battled with my own internal expectations I found myself surrounded by outstanding teachers that inspired me to grow within my practice and I began to find myself on the mat more than in the pub!

As an eternal student myself I endeavour to hold space in my classes for you to explore and connect with your own body. I'd describe myself as a joyful person, encouraging a light heartedness, play and making yoga as accessible as I can for every body in the room.
