Pregnancy Yoga at The Den Yoga Studio

Class includes breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and physical yoga practice- both to make pregnancy more enjoyable and to help build strength and stamina for birth as well as bonding between you and your little baby.

You need to be 12-14 weeks pregnant to begin class and it's good to start early if you can to help your body build muscle memory and confidence as your bump and baby grow. Don't worry if you can't start until later, you will still gain lots of benefits from attending class at any stage! And please don't worry if you've never done yoga- a lot of people start yoga in pregnancy as it has many benefits for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. 

Class is booked in a consecutive block of 3, but if you know you can’t make a week, just pay for the weeks you intend to come as unfortunately missed classes can’t be carried over.
