We will gather in circle under the Full Moon in Cancer. This Moon will be one of the most emotionally charged Moons of the year. Ruled by the Moon herself, Cancer reminds us to slow down, pause, and nourish ourselves.

This time of year we can be bombarded with so much noise around being better. This circle will be a breath of fresh air to just find the slowness and joy in the everyday. To truly be present and nurture yourself. I cannot wait to dive deeper into this with the support of Mama Cacao and Yin Yoga. As I slow down a lot of my offerings, these are very close to my heart.
