I first started practicing yoga in 2021 and it completely transformed my mental and physical health. Taking time to mindfully move my body allowed me to feel my best self both on and off the mat. It is this feeling that I want everybody to experience. If you have ever wanted to try yoga, but think it's not for you, give my practice a go. This space is for all of you.If you attend my classes expect to leave feeling calm, confident, grounded and light. Each practice will incorporate breathwork as a way to connect with our bodies and quiet the busy mind.
Intentional movement with breathwork to let go of stress and ground yourself for the week ahead. This class is an invitation to slow down aligning with the winter season. This is a new to yoga / beginner friendly class. Expect to leave feeling grounded and uplifted all at once. Love, Olivia xo
