I am delighted to be invited to The Den Yoga studio to facilitate a Winter workshop.

Join me for an 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 workshop to 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 the season and 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗲 into the 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺 that 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 has to offer.

This workshop will gift you both 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 and 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 to 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻, to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 with the 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗲/𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗮 through long held poses. A workshop of 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 designed to 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲 & 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 your 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.
